A startup with amazing technology, a great product selling into a growing market…. Wonderful, but somehow the famous hockey stick of growth is not happening. Or the hyper-growth is there, and the speed and complexity are causing you to lose sleep every night.
Could it be your team that isn’t well aligned? Could it be your leadership capabilities that need to be reviewed and augmented? You were the perfect CEO for the early days. Still, as you started to scale, with more people, different customer segments, clients that expect to be handled as if you have a mature team, and investors putting pressure on you, you’ve begun to wonder if you’re up to the task of leading your venture into the next stage.
Does it trigger your interest and are you willing to be part of this experience?
