In my conversations with gritty founders, I learned one simple common trait, Founders have growth mindset, they don’t believe failure is a permanent condition, but Founders need more.. so what is it?

Is passion and perseverance for very long term goals and work really hard to follow through on commitments enough?

I am living a life of a founder for 30+ years and I feel, that I have so much new to learn from new generation of founders.

Speaking with new founders, who are sometimes impatient and increasingly entrepreneurial. With global ambitions that set them ahead of the curve when compared to the my generation of founders, they all start with the POTENTIAL TO SCALE.

True grit is courage and determination despite difficulty: It takes true (= real) grit to be a founder.

Starting with having the stamina and sticking with your future, day in and day out, not just for months but for years of living life and working really very hard to make it a reality, Grit is living STARTUP LIFE, like it is a MARATHON and not a sprint.
